If It Still Works Decades Later, It Was Designed Right.

“I’ve always believed that if a piece from the 1950s, 60s, or 70s still feels relevant today, it means it was designed with intention. That’s what I look for when I’m sourcing vintage jewelry and belts—pieces with character, longevity, and an ease that lets you wear them now and years from now. Nothing forced, nothing trendy. Just beautifully made pieces that stand on their own and let a woman style herself.”

The Vintage Archive

Found. Collected. Styled for Today.

Today, I’m very proud to introduce a new direction at Madison Maison—one that feels deeply personal, intentional, and long overdue.

We’ve begun sourcing vintage jewelry and belts, primarily from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Some pieces are slightly earlier, some a bit later, but the heart of this collection lives in those decades—when design was thoughtful, materials mattered, and individuality was built into every detail.

We’re going to estate sales. We’re hunting. We’re curating.

And we’re only bringing in pieces that are in very good to excellent condition—items that still feel relevant, wearable, and exciting today.

Why Vintage—Why Now

I’m not interested in fine jewelry at the moment. You can find that anywhere.

The same goes for belts—frankly, they haven’t been performing because women are bored. And I get it.

What does feel exciting is jewelry and belts with character. Pieces that don’t look like anyone else’s. Pieces that feel artistic, easy to style, and genuinely special—without being precious or untouchable.

These are items you can wear:

  • With jeans
  • With a dress
  • Traveling anywhere in the world

They’re not American. Not European. Not tied to a single look or trend.

They’re global, timeless, and personal.

Longevity Over Logos

One thing I always talk about is longevity.

If a piece came from the 50s, 60s, or 70s and still works today, that tells you everything.

You should be able to pull it out of your closet five, ten years from now and still wear it. That’s real value. That’s real design.

What doesn’t make sense to me anymore:

  • Plastic handbags with logos for $10,000
  • Synthetic dresses for $5,000
  • Shoes made overseas for $1,500

That’s not craftsmanship. And it’s not honest.

For Women Who Style Themselves

Madison has always been about individuality.

This is for the woman who doesn’t look at a magazine and order the outfit.

She builds her own look.

She trusts her taste.

She loves having pieces no one else has.

She’s not shopping for one outfit.

She’s shopping for pieces that work across her wardrobe—things she doesn’t already own, but instantly understands how to wear.

A Renaissance Moment

Fashion and retail are going through a renaissance.

The brands that will survive—and thrive—are the ones willing to think differently.

Department stores became cookie-cutter. Individuality disappeared.

So we’re going the other way.

What type of vintage jewelry does Madison Maison carry?

Madison Maison curates rare vintage jewelry primarily from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Each piece is carefully sourced from estate sales and selected for its character, craftsmanship, and wearability today. Nothing is mass-produced, and no two pieces are exactly alike.

Are the vintage pieces in good condition?

Yes. Every vintage jewelry and belt piece offered by Madison Maison is in very good to excellent condition. We intentionally avoid items that feel fragile, overly worn, or impractical for modern life.

Why focus on vintage jewelry and belts instead of fine jewelry?

We believe individuality matters more than logos. Vintage pieces offer artistry, materials, and design you rarely find today—without inflated prices. These are accessories with soul, history, and longevity, not trend-driven status symbols.

Are vintage belts still in style?

Absolutely. Vintage belts—especially from the 50s, 60s, and 70s—offer unique proportions, materials, and detailing that elevate modern outfits. They work effortlessly with jeans, dresses, and tailored looks, and feel far more interesting than standard leather belts.

Can these vintage pieces be worn casually?

Yes. Every piece in our Vintage Archive is chosen to be easy to wear and easy to style—whether dressed up or worn casually. These are not “special occasion only” accessories; they’re meant to live in your everyday wardrobe.

Will these pieces still feel relevant years from now?

That’s the point. If a piece has remained relevant for 50–70 years, it will continue to feel right five or ten years from now. Longevity is central to everything we curate.

Do you carry duplicates of the same vintage items?

No. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once a vintage item sells, it’s gone. That exclusivity is part of what makes the collection special.

Who is the Madison Maison woman?

She styles herself. She trusts her own taste. She’s not copying a look from a magazine—she’s building one. She values individuality, artistry, and pieces no one else has.
